BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 1. Internet browser Google Chrome retained its popularity and leadership among Azerbaijani users in March this year, Trend reports via Global Stats.
According to the Global Stats statistical center, its share in the local market was 77.53 percent, 6.02 percentage points more than last year.
The share of Safari Internet browsers in the Azerbaijani market amounted to 10.09 percent (up 0.77 percentage points).
The share of Samsung Internet browsers increased by 1.23 percentage points to 5.38 percent in the reporting period.
The market share of the Opera browser, which amounted to 3.08 percent, decreased by 1.52 percentage points in January.
Meanwhile, the total market share of other Internet browsers in Azerbaijan amounted to 3.44 percent.
The share of the Firefox Internet browser in the Azerbaijani market amounted to 0.58 percent (a decrease of 3.33 percentage points).
To note, the total share of other Internet browsers in the Azerbaijani market amounted to 3.34 percent.
