Azerbaijani Central Election Commission Starts Negotiations to Deliver Invisible Ink to Country

Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 July / Trend corr. E.Babayev / Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC) has started the negotiations to deliver invisible inks to the country to use in the upcominbg presidential elections. "At present, we hold the negotiations with one of the well-known company,' Rovzat Gasimov, the Dirctor of the International Relations Department in CEC, told Trend .

Azerbaijan will host the presidential elections on 15 October. Azerbnaijani MPs have introduced an Article regarding finker marking while making suplements and changes into the Election Code. The fingers of voters will be marked with inks on the basis of the Article 102 of ther Election Code.

Gasimov did not call the name of the company. "Now, I can say that this company is one of the leading invisible ink producing companies. This issue will be solved before the election process and distributed to al election stations," Gasimov stated.
