Azerbaijan seized books with religious content, propagandizing "Nurchu" religious sect, whose promotion and dissemination are prohibited.
The police detained residents of the Bayandur village in the Tartar region Suleyman Mammadov for illegal propaganda of religious movement as a result of operative search operations. The officers seized 58 books with religious content, whose promotion and dissemination are prohibited, the Interior Ministry told Trend.
The case is under investigation.
