Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend A.Gasimova / Kazakhstan attaches great importance to the upcoming 7-8 August official visit of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, to Astana, said the Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, Marat Tajin, in an exclusive interview with Trend. "The two heads of state plan to discuss a range of bilateral issues and interaction in the multilateral format," he said.
According to the Minister, at present, a range of bilateral documents are under the consideration of the two countries. "We hope to succeed in preparing their approval during the visit," he stressed.
"Surely, the upcoming meetings and talks in Astana will considerably encourage the expansion of our cooperation on consolidating agreements achieved earlier, and on issues concerning international and regional policy," Tajin said.
