Amendments are expected to be changed on laws On National Backlog, On TV and Broadcasting, On Public TV and Broadcasting, the Culture Issues Permanent Commission of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) told Trend.
It was pointed out that amongst the legislative packages submitted to the Parliament by the President, it is proposed to move alterations to the laws On National Backlog, On TV and Broadcasting, On Public TV and Broadcasting. The forthcoming alterations will clarify the rules on how to transmit the information about the citizen's personal and family life.
The alterations state that one can use the information about the citizen`s personal and family life only after 75 years since the moment the document was made up, and after 30 years since the person`s death date. If the fact of the person`s death is not confirmed, the information can be obtained only after 110 years since the person`s birth date.
The documents will be submitted to the Milli Majlis for further consideration.
