In March, the priceper one square metre in the Baku primary real estate market decreased by6.7 percent to $1,006, compared to $1,078 in February, the public organization Real Estate Market Participants reported.
A total of 550 buildings were constructed in the Baku primary real estate market. Roughly 202 companies were engaged in construction. Most of buildings were constructed in the Yasamal District followed by Nasimi (20.4 percent) and Khatai (19.3 percent). .
The average area of apartments in new buildings in March was 121.2 square meters, the average units - 2.3, floors - 15.1.
