Azerbaijan will fully shift to single window system in registration of real estate in the next few months, a source in the government said.
"Active work is being conducted to shift to this system," a source said.
He said respective agencies have been handing over their powers since State Real Estate Register Service was eliminated.
Based on the presidential decree dated to May 19, State Real Estate Register Service and State Committee for State Property Management were eliminated and State Committee for Property Issues was founded on the basis of the afore-said eliminated agencies. Former head of the State Committee for State Property Management Karam Hasanov will run the newly-established committee.
A liquidation committee is working in the State Real Estate Register Service at the moment. The destiny of the register service's joint projects with international institutes is not known yet, a source said.
