The Azerbaijani Parliament has been submitted the draft state budget, the consolidated budget and the concept of socio-economic development of the country for 2011 and subsequent three year.

Based on the bill "On 2011-state budget" published in the official press today, revenue of the state budget for next year is projected at 12.061 billion manat, including centralized revenues - 11.614 billion manat and local revenue - 447.04 million manat, and expenses - 12.748 billion manat, including centralized expenses - 11.44 billion manat and local costs - 1,308 billion manat.

In the structure of income, the State Oil Fund's transfers are expected to reach 6.48 billion manat. The upper limit of the state budget deficit is approved at the level of 687 million manat.

The maximum limit of expenditure of the consolidated budget is projected at 15.129 billion manat. The deficit of the consolidated budget, excluding the State Oil Fund's revenues, forecasted at 8.705 billion manat.

Predictions were made taking into account the price of oil at $60 per barrel.

The official exchange rate is 0.8026 manat to $1 Oct. 1.
