The Azerbaijani State Property Committee has created a special commission to intensify work on reviewing citizens' appeals and complaints, the committee said on Monday.
"The commission was established under the committee to ensure transparency and to increase transparency while reviewing applications, as well as the quality of services provided during the registration of immovable property," the committee said.
The commission began its work in accordance with the law on reviewing citizens' appeals. The law covers the initial analysis, systematization and detailed analysis of appeals concerning the violation of the citizens' rights and the abuse of power by officials.
A working group has also been created under the committee to deal with the population's complaints and appeals under one roof.
The commission and working group under the committee are working to weed out any violations of citizens' rights, as well as the abuse of power by officials and bureaucracy.
