Presidents of Kazakhstan and France welcomed the progress made in talks between akimat (City Hall) of Astana and the "Alstom" company of light-rail tramway system project, joint declaration says.
The Declaration was adopted at the end of the working visit of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Paris, Kazakh MFA reported.
"The two leaders also expressed support for the industrial-technological and commercial partnership between JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" and the "Eurocopter" company for the development of helicopter industry in Kazakhstan", - stated in the text of the Declaration.
