Dynamics in development of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Georgia positive

Positive dynamics are observed in the development of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Georgia, said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Azizbek Madmarov, Trend reports referring to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.

He made this remark at a meeting with Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia Yuri Nozadze.

The meeting was attended by high-rank representatives of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Yuri Nozadze informed the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic on the ongoing reforms in Georgia in the field of rural development and agriculture, as well as on programs developed by the state. He noted that the Georgian side is ready to cooperate with the Republic of Kyrgyzstan in terms of exchange of experience and deepening relations.

In turn, Azizbek Madmarov said that agriculture in the Kyrgyz Republic is one of the leading areas. "it will be important to use Georgia’s successful experience for the sector development and deepen relations in this area,” he added.

The parties discussed several specific areas for future cooperation, including cooperation in livestock, beekeeping and viticulture. It was noted that for the development of trade and economic cooperation, it is desirable to intensify communication between representatives of business circles of the two countries. The parties agreed that the meeting will be held in an expanded format in the near future.
