Azerbaijani AzerGold gold mining company and ALR INVEST CJSC signed a contract worth over 254,660 manat ($149,800), Trend reports citing the ‘Electronic Procurement’ portal.
According to the portal, the winner of the tender announced by AzerGold for the purchase and installation of racks for the central warehouse building, which will be built in the Chovdar area of ore processing, has been determined.
By the decision of the commission, ALR INVEST CJSC was selected as the winner of the tender announced by AzerGold, said the report.
AzerGold CJSC has started geophysical research and geological exploration within the preparation of a primary appraisal document for the re-commissioning of the Dashkesan iron ore deposit in accordance with the order of the president of Azerbaijan dated August 6, 2020.
The deposit with reserves in the volume of 350 million tons of ore was continuously used from 1954 to 1994, during which 92 million tons of minerals were extracted.
