Population should consume only officially certified poultry products for its own safety, the vice director of the veterinary department of Baku city, Veli Garayev told Trend.
Products on sale should have a number of documents; regarding the factory where it was produced, registration in the state veterinary service and quality inspection.
Eggs from now on should be sold in special packages with the production date, terms of conducted epidemiological analysis, address of the producing facility on it.
Those who will try to violate these rules will be punished by relevant state bodies, he said.
There is no danger in consuming poultry products from the large broiler factories, he concluded.
