State AzerChemistry Company continues stabile development

Azerchemistry state company, exporting its production to 30 world countries, despite the global financial and economic crisis, supported by the state, was able to keep 7,500 chemists on their jobs, message of the company said on August 12. stability was reached to provide chemists with jobs.

Azerbaijani leading industries, especially, chemical and petrochemical, continue to operate with stabile indeces amid global crisis, which seriously affected activity of many large and important companies in developed countries. It is testified correctness of strategy of economic development chosen by Azerbaijan. It was possible due to anti-crisis actions implemented by the state earlier.

Azerbaijani chemists, completed last year with high production indices, reached 35.2 percent of growth in production of goods (at Ethylene-polyethylene plant) and 41 percent at the plant Sintez caoutchouc.

They intend to maximize potentialities to carry out their work at the highest level in 2009.

Measures conducted at the chemical plants serve this goal. These plants have large export opportunities for different types of chemical products to increase volumes of production designed for export to other countries.

Employees of the enterprises producing chemical production intend to complete 2009 successfully. They feel constant attention of the state, providing the chemical industry with necessary energy respurces and raw materials.

Staff of the company, exporting chemical products to Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Greece, Holland, Latvia, Georgia and others, hopes that Azerbaijan will be able to supply the world market with various sorts of chemical and petrochemical products in large volumes, and relevant to international standards after establishment of a new petrochemical complex, which will be constructed soon.
