The number of queries relating to computer security in Azerbaijan grew 7 percent to 273 in October 2017 compared to September, according to a report of the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) under the State Agency for Special Communications and Information Security of the Azerbaijani Special State Protection Service.
Around 88.6 percent of the total number of requests were reviewed and approved in October, according to the statement.
Around 28 reports were prepared and sent to the relevant organizations in October 2017 on the basis of CERT audit on information security.
Fifteen domains and 101 new subdomains were registered in the Azerbaijani sector of the Internet this year, which are commonly used by the organizations to create unique website names for their units or services related to the organization.
