Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has today arrived in China for the official visit, the presidential press-service reported.
Within the visit Nazarbayev will take part in the 12th summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
Moreover, it is planned to sign several bilateral agreements between Kazakhstan and China.
The 12th meeting of the SCO will be held in Beijing on June 6-7. The delegations from SCO member countries and observer countries, as well as representatives of international organizations will attend the meeting.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation is a permanent intergovernmental international organisation. It was established by Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan in Shanghai on June 15, 2001.
