BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 12. The Nurly meýdan poultry farm, located in the Balkan region of Turkmenistan, has managed to raise more than 1.15 million chickens since the beginning of 2022, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
During this time, the farm also produced 2.7 million eggs.
Furthermore, as part of the country's largest chicken farm, there is an automated incubation complex, that allows the growing of up to 3 million chickens annually, as well as a feed mill with a production capacity of 75,000 tons per year.
Meanwhile, in 2013, 393 hectares of land were allocated to the Nurly meýdan poultry farm, of which 343 hectares are used for growing fodder crops, and 50 hectares are occupied by various production facilities.
Poultry farming has become one of the most mastered areas by entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. Great achievements have been noted in this area, as evidenced by the presence of numerous farms and modern complexes for breeding poultry and processing products from it.
