BİSHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, November 6. Leaders will discuss the green economy at the upcoming summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Bishkek, said Zheenbek Kulubaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Trend reports.
He made the remark during a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States in Bishkek.
"Today’s main focus is on the green economy, which has captured the interest of all our countries. In this context, we will adopt the Green Vision, a strategic document supported by all parties. This document will lay the groundwork for developing programs aimed at deepening cooperation in sustainable development," he said.
The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is being held ahead of the 11th OTS Summit, themed "Strengthening the Turkic World: Economic Integration, Sustainable Development, Digital Future, and Security for All."
The leaders will discuss ways to further multilateral cooperation within the OTS, address key issues on the organization’s agenda, and sign a series of multilateral agreements, including the Summit’s final Declaration.
After the Summit, the Kyrgyz Republic will assume the chairmanship of the Organization of Turkic States for 2025.
