Accomplice of terrorists in France entered Syria through Turkey - FM

Turkish Foreign Ministry confirmed that the accomplice of the terrorists in France entered Syria through Turkey, the country's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said.
Hayat Boumeddiene, the accomplice of those who participated in the attack to the office of satirical weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris arrived in Turkey on Jan.2 and entered Syria on Jan.8, Turkish Anadolu agency reported on Jan.12.
Earlier, some French media outlets reported that Boumeddiene fled to Syria through Turkey.
France has been in the grip of terrorist attacks in recent days.
Terrorists, presumably having ties to radical Islamic circles, attacked the office of satirical weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris killing 12 people on Jan.7. Following this, they took almost 20 hostages and killed four of them on Jan.9.
Earlier, Paris prosecutor Francois Molen said that 16 people have been detained over the terrorist attacks in France.
