An Mi-8 helicopter with 10 people on board did not establish contact at a set time in the Irkutsk region, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia informed, RIA Novosti reported.
'The helicopter of the Angara airline, participating in the monitoring of the flood situation, did not establish contact at the set time of 12:54 (MSK) on May 6 at the Preobrazhenka settlement of the Katanga district in the Irkutstk region. According to preliminary data, 10 people were on board', the report said.
