Azerbaijan, Baku, 8 September/ Trend , corr R. Novruzov/ Those guilty for a blast in Moscow that killed an Azerbaijani man have not been found yet.
"Those guilty or suspected of the blast in Moscow cafe killing one Azerbaijani man have not been found yet," Ilgar Hajiyev chairman of Moscow Bureau of all Russian Congress of Azerbaijanis said to Trend by telephone from Moscow.
The blast took place in one of the summer cafes where commemoration ceremony of Azerbaijanis attended by 50 people was being held. The incident killed one Azerbaijani and wounded seven.
Hajiyev said two of the wounded have already been discharged. The condition of two which was assessed as grave earlier, have been stabilized now.
"There are still no any reports about the success of investigation into the blast," Hajiyev said.
According to law enforcement agencies, the power of the explosive was 400 grams in TNT equivalent.
