Honorary Canadian Consul opens in Georgia

The Office of the Canadian Honorary Consul opened in Georgia. As the Georgian Foreign Ministry told Trend, the Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze received the Canadian Ambassador Mark Bailey for the event.
The ambassador presented the minister with the "exequatur" - a document confirming Clifford Isaak's appointment as the Canadian Honorary Consul to the minister.
According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the meeting opened up discussions on a wide range of issues including the two countries' bilateral relations, and prospects of political and economic relations.
Vashadze and Bailey also discussed cooperation of Georgia's integration with NATO and other international organizations.
