BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 12. President of the Republic of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his confident victory in the extraordinary presidential election, Trend reports.

Let me express my confidence that by our joint efforts the good and constructive relations berween Latvia and Azerbaijan will continue to flourish both bilaerally and within multilateral frameworks. I am convinced that further development of our well-established dialogue will benefit the long-term interests of both our countries and people.
