There is no perspectives to struggle for naming the Azerbaijan National Independence party (AIP) without the Justice Ministry decision, chairman of one of the AIP wings, Ali Aliyev told Trend.
He said that he is distancing himself from the traditional struggle for the party name. I consider the recrimination of political parties against each other as the false policy. Our position is well known we consider ourselves as AIP successors. But our actions will depend on the Ministry of Justice decision, Aliyev said.
Speaking about the possibility to change the name of the party, Aliyev said that he has a number of options; he is not yet ready to disclose them. He stated that he has serious plans on party revival and getting rid of negative weight. These ideas will be brought to life after the AIP successor will be identified and the property divided. These questions will be decided at the meetings. I am planning to change the party `s image significantly and form a new position and representation of the organization, Aliyev concluded.
