Names of the organizations that will conduct exit-poll on re-run parliamentary elections will soon be released, Head of the Central Elections Comission (CEC), Mazahir Panahov told Trend. There are some appeals from international structures considering exit-poll and they will be reviewed.

He also mentioned that the transparent inks brought from abroad for the parliamentary elections last year were distributed among the polling stations and new inks will be ordered this year. Talks with the Ministry of Finances are held on that matter, however, cash is usually provided in time and in the necessary amount, he added.

As for the elections, CEC head has admitted that it is not possible to exclude absolutely all violations. Considering that elections are a huge event, we will try to avoid all violations. CEC conducts the maximum level arrangements to ensure that

prepares meetings, seminars, educational programs, instructions of voters and members of the electoral commissions to avoid unpleasant situations.

Executive officials intervention into the electoral process will be prevented by the decree of the Head of State. At the last elections we have witnessed how the executive officials intervened into the electoral process and they were punished by the president i.e. fired from their positions. There is a defined approach to this problem. If anybody has evidences of the executive officials intervening in elections we will bring it to the relevant bodies attention, he concluded.
