Ali Hassanov, the Chief of the Social and Political department of the Azerbaijan Presidential Administration has exclusively informed Trend that the Venice Committee together with the Azerbaijan Government and OSCE will return to the issue on improving the Bill вЂ" On Freedom of Gathering and Azerbaijan Election Code after the January session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is held.
He said that the negotiations on this issue were underway, and that groups for the joint work had already been built up. Mr. Hassanov expressed his hope that both issues will be fully solved till spring 2007.
