Ural optic plant to supply medical technique to Azerbaijan's' clinics

Ural optic-mechanical plant (UOMP) is going to deliver the state-of-the-art medical equipment to clinics of Azerbaijan, Trend reports with reference to UOMPs press service.

The fastest relieve of the matter was discussed at the meeting between UOMPs General Manager Sergey Maksin, first vice-premier of Azeri government Abbas Abbasov and minister of Health of Azerbaijan Oktay Shiraliyev.

UOMP is going to deliver the equipment under the neonatal service upgrade program by the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan. The project on equipping Azerbaijans clinics with UOMPs medical equipment was presented at the 1st Azerbaijan Conference of Neonatologists that took place in Baku in late March 2006.

Besides, within the conference chief neonatologist of Farid Muhametshin has led 6 practical trainings on work with UOMPs equipment. The further training of Azerbaijans neonatologists, including that in Sverdlovsk region, is planned, API reports.
