Commenting on his visit to Baku, Ching-Kuo Wu said, "It will be my first".
The AIBA examined which country has better developed boxing among youths. "We decided that Azerbaijan is beyond comparison on this issue. Furthermore, Baku's commission positively appreciated our appeal," Wu said.
