Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 March / Trend / Baku-Amman direct air communication is expected to be opened in the beginning of April, the Azerbaijan State Concern AZAL reported.
In the first stage, the flights will be operated twice a week. "If the flights yield profit, both the sides will discuss increase in the number of flights," AZAL reported.
Initially, the flights will be operated by Royal Jordan airliners and additional flights by the airliners of AZAL.
AZAL operates flights to the CIS, European and Asian countries by different airliners. The AZAL fleet consists of Boeing, Airbus, ATR, as well as of Russian airliners.
