Analysis of Azerbaijan's real estate market to meet world standards

The International Financial Cooperation has attracted consultant to conduct a course on analysis of real estate under world standards as a part of the project on housing financing in Azerbaijan and Central Asia, MBA Group consulting company director Nusrat Ibrahimov said.

"The courses aim to ensure analysis of Azerbaijan's real estate market in line with world standards," Ibrahimov said.

The courses which started today will last a week. The courses are conducted by senior analyst at "Russian Guild of Realtors" and professor at Plekhanov Academy of Economy Gennadiy Sternik.

The event is conducted as a part of the second phase of the IFC technical assistance project. The project is funded by the IFC together with State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). Although the project is of regional nature and covers Central Asia and Azerbaijan, SECO funds are meant only for Azerbaijan.
