A Dilmanc speech identification system will be integrated into Azerbaijan's "109" information hotline in the upcoming months, Dilmanc Project Manager Abulfat Fatullayev told Trend.
Fatullayev said Dilmanc has already been tested successfully, but unresolved issues still remain.
"The main obstacle to Dilmanc's speedy integration is that the '109' hotline's database requires editing," he said.
Dilmanc will be integrated upon Communications and IT Minister Ali Abbasov's instructions.
Fatullayevsaid Dilmanc recognizes speech with over 90-percent accuracy.
