Tajik-Afghan border guards killed three drug traffickers and seized 22 kilograms of drugs, reported CA-NEWS.
Hushnud Rahmatullaev, Head of Tajik Border Management Agencies of State Committee on National Security informed that during special operation on the territory of Panj Border Group three drug traffickers' route was detected.
"Violators started to fire at border guards. In the result of this skirmish all three drug traffikiers were killed and near 22 kilograms of drugs were found from which 14 kilograms were heroin. Besides, Border guards found there AK-47 gun, cartridges, and magazine."
These three men were from Sufi Nozukmir Vakilakbar, famous drug baron's group that is located in Imam Sahib District.
