Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov signed a decree to appoint Nokerguly Atagulyev as the Turkmen Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (with headquarters in Abu Dhabi).
Earlier, Atagulyev was the country's ambassador to Tajikistan.
