( dpa ) - Displaying a united front with Israel over Iran's atomic programme, US President George W Bush warned Wednesday that Tehran continued to pose a threat and could "easily transfer" its civilian nuclear know-how to a military programme.
" Iran is a threat to world peace," Bush told a joint news conference in Jerusalem with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.
The US National Intelligence Estimate published last year showed that Iran suspended its efforts to create an atom bomb "because of international pressure" and such pressure should therefore continue.
" Iran was a threat. Iran is a threat and Iran will be a threat if the international community doesn't come together," he reiterated.
