Turkey holds sway over Syrian rebels.

The Iranian delegation plans to meet with a number of high-ranking Turkish officials and hold talks on the ways to obtain the release of the Iranian abductees.

The Iranian nationals were abducted by the Syrian rebel al-Baraa Brigade, which is affiliated with the self-proclaimed Free Syrian Army, on August 4 and have been threatened with death.
