Main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) dropped 183.23 points or 0.19 percent by the end of trade, resting at 96149.3 points on Jan. 9.
According to the TSE official website, about one trillion shares valued at $53.8 million (2.3 trillion rials according to the official rate on Tuesday) were traded for the day.
The Price Index was down 58.71 points or 0.19 percent, resting at 30816.4.
The First Market edged down 104 points or 0.15 percent, posting 68146.4.
The Second Market lost 527.45 points or 0.26 percent, standing at 205542.6.
The Industry Index dropped 180.98 points or 0.21 percent resting at 84738.7.
TSE 30 Index was down 12.13 points or 0.29 percent, closing at 4185.7.
TSE 50 Index fell 8.86 points or 0.22 percent, ending at 3991.6.
