On Oct. 11, in Iran, the gold coins were traded in the amount of 4,550,000 tomans under the new plan and in the amount of 4,300,000 tomans under the old plan, Tasnim news agency reported.
The exchange rate of 1 Euro was announced as 4,856 tomans at the Central Currency Exchange Offices.
Whereas, the price for this currency exceeded 16,000 tomans in the black market.
The exchange rate of 1 dirham (the United Arab Emirates) was announced at 1,143 tomans at the official currency exchange offices. The price for this currency in the black market was 3,951 tomans.
At the same time, the exchange rate of 1 pound sterling at the official currency exchange offices was announced at 5,554 tomans. The price for this currency in the black market exceeded 18,000 tomans.
