Gaddafi was an "eccentric," "unforeseeable" and "astute" politician who should not be underestimated, Ramadan cautioned.
The "process of change" that was taking place in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and other Arab countries has not yet been completed in any of them, said Ramadan, a Swiss citizen of Egyptian origin. He is also the grandson of Hassan el-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood
