The Turkish General Directorate of Highways has announced an open tender for construction of its regional office building in Turkey’s Kars province within 660 days since the date of announcement of the tender results.
Local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 14:30 (GMT +3) on July 11, 2018.
