Azerbaijan, Gazakh, 28 April / Trend corr N. Fatullayeva/ A person committed suicide in Azerbaijan's Gazakh region, Alastin Guliyev, senior assistant of Gazakh Prosecutor's Office, said to Trend .
Guliyev said that Bakhtiyar Guliyev, 37, a resident of the Kosalar village in Gazakh region, which is located 520km west of Baku, hung himself from a tree in his garden on 26th night.
According to Guliyevs, head of the family was not suffering from any mental disorder.
Gazakh Prosecutor's Office has filed a criminal case for contravening Article 125 (carrying into the point of suicide). The investigation is still underway.
