There were no Azerbaijani citizens on board the aircraft that crashed near Jakarta on Wednesday, Azerbaijani embassy in Indonesia told Trend.
The plane disappeared from radar screens during a demonstration flight in the area of Jakarta on Wednesday. This SSJ-100 was the first of its kind and was on a demonstration tour of six Asian countries. There were 48 people on the board, citizens of five countries, including eight Russians.
There is no information about any survivors yet.
