The international Khazar consortium consisting of the state managed Turkmenneft and Mitro International Limited, operating in accordance with the terms of the production sharing contract area of Khazar (Eastern Cheleken field) will extend the deadline for making bids on the tender to intensify oil recovery operations of wells through a hydraulic jet perforation technology in the Khazar Treaty Area on the Eastern Cheleken field (Test Well No. 39) (One Lot).
In connection with this extension of the tender terms, the last day for filing applications is January 15, 2013 and the last day of submission of tender bids is January 30, 2013.
To take part in the relevant tender of the Khazar consortium and obtain the conditions by this date up till 18-00 local time, apply to:
1. Pay a fee for participation in the tender which is $250 (two hundred and fifty U.S. dollars). VAT is not charged, in accordance with the PRD and the Law of Turkmenistan on Hydrocarbon Resources.

2. Prepare a written request of the applicant applying to participate in the tender (in free form).
3. Obtain the tender conditions (personal handing at these are listed below). A document confirming the payment of the tender, a written application and a document confirming the authority of the representative of the company must be submitted to obtain the conditions and specifications of the tender.
