Azercell launches a new service via its official Facebook page. As of May 13th Facebook users will be able to receive answers on their questions to Azercell customer service in a more convenient way, according to a report released by mobile operator on Monday.
Azercell, that provides not only face-to-face customer care, but also uses virtual and online solutions, keeps improving quality of its services through social networks as well. The company launched a new service to make life easier for Facebook users. Every fan of Azercell's official Facebook page will be able to ask questions, send requests and claims using specially developed Customer Service application.
The Customer Service application has a user-friendly interface. One can also get information on the latest campaigns and services of the company through this application. The other advantage of the program is an online payments feature.
