Turkey's General Directorate of Highways has announced a tender to purchase consulting services for the construction of a 136-kilometer highway in the country's Samsun province within 300 days from the date of the announcement of the tender results.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 14:30 (GMT +3) on Oct. 22, 2019.
