The Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation, known as IMIDRO and the Railways of the Islamic Republic of Iran (RAI) will unveil a roadmap for developing railway fleet to serve the country's mines, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.
The fleet will serve to carry materials and workers in and out of mines across Iran.
IMIDRO expressed readiness to expand cooperation for the development of railway network.
A joint working group has been formed, with the aim of using domestic capacities to accelerate railway development plans, the IMIDRO Head, Vajihullah Jafari said.
