Launching of new satellites into orbit is part of Iran's future space plans, Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi said after presenting three new satellites, Fars reported.
Satellites Misbah-2, Tula and Navid were constructed by students.
He said that these satellites will be launched into orbit via the Simurg rocket carrier.
The fourteenth day of the Bahman month, Feb. 3, was announced Iran's National Day of Space.
