Azerbaijan, Switzerland discuss economic relations and prospects for their expansion
Azerbaijan and Switzerland discussed the economic relations and the prospects for their expansion.
Azerbaijani Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev met with Swiss Federal Councillor, Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research, Minister Johann Schneider-Ammann during a visit to Switzerland. The economic relations between the two countries and prospects of their expansion were discussed at the meeting, the ministry said.
Stressing the development of cooperation, Mustafayev underlined the great role of the presidents' mutual visits.
"The high level of bilateral political relations creates a good basis for the expansion of the potential for economic cooperation," he added.
Mustafayev stressed the importance of holding the meetings between the relevant state agencies and organizing the business forums and visits to enhance cooperation.
Schneider-Amman expressed satisfaction with the development of relations with Azerbaijan and confidence in their future expansion.
