Funds allocated for reconstruction of water supply and sewerage systems in some Baku’s settlements
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on additional measures to continue the project of reconstruction of water supply and sewage systems in Pirallahi settlement of Pirallahi district, Zira and Turkan settlements of Khazar district of Baku. According to the order, 5.83 million manat out of the funds envisaged in the presidential decree "On application of the law" On the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2017" dated December 27, 2016 will be allocated to Azersu OJSC to continue the reconstruction of the water supply and sewerage systems in Zira, Turkan settlements of Khazar district, Pirallahi settlement of Pirallahi district of Baku.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to ensure financing in the amount indicated in the order. The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to resolve the issues arising from the order.
Azerbaijani State Service for Mobilization and Conscription’s powers expanded
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on amending the "Regulations on the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription" approved upon the presidential decree dated February 13, 2012.
According to the amendment made to subparagraph 5.6.12 of the Regulations, the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription not only will draft citizens for the active military service and work, but also release them from their posts.
Ilham Aliyev approves State Program for Development of Inclusive Education for People with Disabilities
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on approving the "State Program for the Development of Inclusive Education for People with Disabilities in Azerbaijan for 2018-2024". According to the decree, the Ministry of Education has been instructed to coordinate the measures, stipulated by the state program. The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to resolve the issues arising from the decree.
Funds allocated for Sumgait’s refurbishment and replacement of elevators in multi-apartment buildings
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on additional measures to continue to refurbish Sumgait city and replace elevators in multi-apartment buildings in the city. According to the order, 7 million manat envisaged in the state budget-2017 will be allocated from the president’s reserve fund to the Sumgait Executive Power to transfer the necessary advance payments for the contracting organizations to continue to strengthen the material and technical base in Sumgait city, 3.7 million manat – to replace 105 elevators in multi-apartment buildings with new ones, 3.3 million manat - to continue to refurbish the city.
