( Itar-Tass ) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed confidence that Russia's policy towards China will remain unchanged in the upcoming years.
"Of late, we've reached the highest level of bilateral relations," he said at a meeting with his Chinese counterpart Hu Jintao on Saturday.
"No doubt that Russia's policy towards China will remain unchanged in years to come," Putin said.
Hu said for his part he was glad to meet with his Russian counterpart for the fifth time in this year.
"Our every meeting is friendly, sincere, open and fruitful," he said.
