The value of export of electrical goods from Turkey to Georgia rose by 18.7 percent in the first 5 months of 2021 compared to the same period of 2020 and stood at $33.8 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
Reportedly, the value of Turkey's electrical goods export to Georgia surged by 92.1 percent in May 2021 compared to May 2020, exceeding $7.26 million.
Turkey boosted the export of electrical goods by 46.7 percent to $5.57 billion in the first five months of 2021 compared to the same period of 2020.
Turkey’s exports of electrical goods in May 2021 made up $1.1 billion, which is 65.5 percent more compared to May 2020.
Over the past 12 months (from May 2020 through May 2021), Turkish exports of electrical goods totaled over $12.8 billion.
